It's now quite a few months since I was locked. The idea still turns me on but the practicalities remove most of the pleasure from it.
I've become a keyholder for a friend in the USA and look like becoming one for a friend who lives nearby as well.

The prostate infection took five weeks to clear completely and it has made me wary of being locked long-term. The idea is still very exciting. But at present I'm concerned about whether not cumming for six weeks was the cause. The prostate doc said it was unlikely. My kh wondered if my prostate got irritated by increased stimulation and anal play. Who knows.

After being in a chastity device for six weeks continuously my locked status came to an abrupt halt when I disocovered I had acquired a urinary tract infection (probably prostate). Symptoms included a high fever, back pains, nausea and finding it almost impossible to piss. It came on over a 24 hour period.

Sadly I've discovered that the rear chains on my NeoSteel have started to rust. I was under the impression they were made of stainless steel but it looks like they're chromium plated and the plating has worn off where the links rub against each other. This is really frustrating as I've spent over five weeks locked in the NS but obviously can't continue to wear it until I get repaired. At least I know why the chains were irritating me.
So for now it's back in the ChastitySteel. Like the Curve, the CS doesn't feel as secure or have that "locked" and inaccesible feeling and by moving the tube up and down I can "wank" my dick inside the tube. But not properly, my kh will be pleased to know.

My keyholder thinks I should be locked permanently. But this poses a problem, namely that I fly overseas a few times a year. And wearing a metal cb through an airport isn't advisable.
One solution is for me to be locked into my Curve with a plastic numbered locking tag. And while I had the opportunity I tried it. I hadn't worn it for about nine months since the time I was experimenting with self-locking and bought one.
It's certainly far more comfortable than the NeoSteel but also feels far less secure.
It's not that I can pull out of it. With the largest ring and almost smallest spacer there's no way my dick will get out.
But with a full-metal cb your dick is hidden away. With an external tube device like the plastic cb range your cock is there - you can wank the plastic and, given the wider slots in the Curve, stimulate your dick with cotton buds etc. Which is cheating.
We don't yet have a solution.

An emergency key safe

One of the things locked guys (and their keyholders) often require is the provision of an emergency key which cannot be accessed by the locked person without the knowledge of the keyholder.
Access may be for a number of reasons: medical emergencies, unplanned air travel, or just the ability to unlock oneself for a thorough clean before relocking.
One solution is to use a combination key safe such as the Master one. The problem with this is that once the keyholder has given the locked guy the combination he knows it and the keys are no longer secure.
This problem has been working its way around my brain and I have come up with a solution that provides emergency key access but can be re-used. It uses cheap components and the only other requirement might be a web cam or digital camera.
The components shown above are cheap. I have used a rigid plastic box used to hold data backup tapes but any plastic box will do. It needs to be rigid so the sides can't be bent to extract the keys. You will also need a supply of numbered one-time locking tags as supplied with the CB range but they can be bought separately. I've also used some foam rubber packing to make it more secure.
I punched two holes in the box to take a numbered tag. I have a hole punch but a bradawl or skewer will do.
The keys are put at the back of the box and some foam rubber is inserted to keep them at the back and prevent them being slid out by bending the sides/front of the box.
I then placed the numbered tag through one of the holes.
The box is then half closed and the tag pushed through the hole in the lid. The box can then be snapped shut and the tag secured. The foam rubber prevents the keys sliding around (or out) and rattling if that is a concern.
If the locked guy needs access to the keys he can break the tag to access the keys. When he (or his keyholder) is ready, he reseals the box with a fresh numbered tag and sends a photo of the closed box to his keyholder as proof and a record of the tag ID number that should be there next time.
If you are using a different type of plastic box then you may need to experiment with position of the numbered tag (or need more than one) and the amount of foam.

The struggle to find a cb which works for me has taken a very long time. But now that I'm pretty well there it's time to enjoy it.
To recap I'm locked in a NeoSteel chastity belt (see most recent photo below). I have a keyholder who is determining how long I stay locked. Today is day ten.
I have a set of keys but I have only used them to remove the belt occasionally for extra cleaning or adjustment. This has been necessary but it looks like now I've solved all the problems it may be time to give up ready access to the keys and put them in the combination safe.
Earlier on this journey I found myself finding excuses for why I was allowed to unlock myself and cum - a bad/good day at work, feeling depressed etc. But I was just fooling myself and now I see it as a personal challenge to stay locked and not cum for extended periods.
How long I will stay locked is uncertain. My longest so far is three weeks and I want to beat that. Not sure I'll manage a whole year and a bit like a friend. And there are circumstances which mean I may need to be unlocked such as travel although there are always plastic devices with plastic numbered locking tags.
So what's it like being locked, feeling horny, with a stiffening dick inside a metal tube that you cannot touch? It's a bit like having a mild electric current running through your body all the time. There's a heightened sense of tension which is quite noticeable when I'm not busy working or doing other things. This can be both exciting and very distracting.
The first day locked is usually OK. The second day is much harder as that's when the change in routine becomes apparent. Those regular horny moments such as waking up, going to bed etc have to be coped with other than by wanking. After the second day it comes and goes. Some days it's OK. Most days there are times (for me usually when I wake with a stiffie and mid afternoon when I take a break from work) when the horniness and frustration are the greatest.

Overdue update

An update to this blog is long overdue.
Since my last entry I wore the ChastitySteel device off and on. But a problem emerged. If I got an erection in the night the lower rim of the steel penis tube srated cutting into the underside of my penis.
I tried various things such as using a longer tube, making sure my penis stayed fully stretched out inside it, putting some Rayrim on the edge of the tube. But the problem didn't go away. This was a great shame as otherwise the ChastitySteel device was comfortable and convenient.
So it was back to the NeoSteel.
First problem to solve was the thigh chafing. I've now solved this in two ways.
Firstly I've changed underwear style. I now wear briefs. The material covers the edge of the NS front plate and protects my thighs.
Secondly I've tightened the whole thing up. I've shortened the chains using some miniature cable ties and also reshaped the front plate which was a bit too long. By curving it out and in more around the internal penis tube I in effect shortened the direct distance between the base and my waist. This also had the effect of moving the bottom angled part of the front plate (where the d ring is for the chains) much closer to my body. So the plate no longer swings loose between my things but is anchored snuggly behind my balls.
All this was spurred on by finding a new keyholder who is very compatible and keen to keep me locked as long as possible. I'm also collared.
So far I've been locked eight days and the earliest release date is possibly after 18 days but could be a lot longer.
Feels good.

The ChastitySteel is proving to be the best yet. It's very comfortable and I've had the advantage (and expense) of trying different sized waist bands, loops and tubes.
The 38mm x 14cm tube provides the best fit for comfort and discretion. I've added additional security to stop my dick falling out/being pulled out if it shrinks a lot but also allowing for movement if I get a stiffie.
The security cable doesn't go through my PA (as in the pix below) as it puts too much pressure on the piercing. Instead I have a miniature rubber drive belt which is looped through the PA ring and the cable passes through that. This provides some flexibility and puts no pressure on the piercing.
I've also tried to make erections less uncomfortable. I've fitted a smaller PA ring as I thought maybe my dick and the ring were getting jammed in the tube. But this hasn't helped a lot. I think the basic problem which I have to live with is that my dick wants to go straight and the tube is curved.
I've now worn it for four days and expect to be able or forced to wear it longer.

The ChastitySteel cb has become my preferred device. It has a number of advantages over the NeoSteel:
- Nothing between the legs to irritate the thighs
- No bulging lock at the waist to prevent jeans fastening properly
- No rattling chains or penis tube
Despite the CS being far more comfortable the configuration I had caused some problems:
- If my penis shrunk a lot I could pop it out of the tube
- The loop under my scrotum irritated a lot, caused I now think by pressure on the skin when it's ruffled up
I ordered some new parts (one mentioned already):
- a loop 2cm longer (this arrived with a nicer matt finish on the locking block)
- a shorter belt - in fact Lars sent me an adjustable one which proved very wortwhile (see below)
- a narrower long tube (14cm long, 38mm diameter) with a slot for a PA ring so it could be secured towards the end of the tube
By experimenting with different sizes on the adjustable waist I found that making it slightly longer, so the belt rested around the top of my hips rather than on top of my hip bone it both relieved pressure on the scrotum AND put less pressure on my hip bone.
I've experimented with various ways of securing my cock inside the tube using my PA ring. The photos below show one method using two PA retaining cables Tickleberry sells for the plastic CB series but they're not flexible enough and for now I'm using a polished leather thong. This has the advantage of enabling me to secure the PA at the back of the slot higher up so there isn't a lot of pull on the PA ring (which is uncomfortable and could cause it to migrate out). The thong is flexible enough to enable toe PA ring to sit inside the tube rather than though the slot.
I've worn this for 24 hours continuously and now need to extend that time. I've found that the secret to comfortable wear is to rub a small amount of baby powder around the inside of the waist band after a shower or when it gets hot and sweaty. Also I'm using some gel baby oil gel on the underside of my scrotum to keep the skin lubricated enough not to bunch up.

Locked in Las Vegas

As mentioned I spent some days at a big gathering in Las Vegas. A friend (KHJ) offered/insisted that I be there locked and that he held the keys.
I arrived Wednesday and locked myself in the NeoSteel. Thursday morning KHJ arrived and I handed over the keys. He examined the NS closely and unlocked and locked it so he knew how it worked.
Once I was relocked we played for a while so we could both get turned on by the experience.
I remained locked until the Sunday night.
The event was held at a small report hotel where all the rooms for the gathering were around one of the pools. So day and night there were lots of men around the pool to talk to and cruise.
I wore my Carharrt shorts all the time with the top unbuttoned so the metal waist band and upper lock were clearly visible.

The ChastitySteel cs-100 has been on and off. It's much less intrusive than the Neosteel but even with a slightly longer metal loop under the scrotum I still had some irritation. A friend suggested Tea Tree cream which helped a bit. Also on occasions I found the edge of the metal tube cut into my penis.
Also one night in bed I discovered that if my penis had shrunk a lot and I was laying on my back and I pulled the front of the cs up my penis would pop out of the tube. I have a narrower shorter tube on order and I'll see if this solves the problem. One option is to apply some thinner Rayrim to the edge of the tube which may solve both problems.
While this was going on the keyholder for the Neosteel and I finally got around to trying the Rayrim on the Neosteel Total.
We removed the rubber edging from the Neosteel and applied the Rayrim. It was pretty simple using a hot air gun and we got a neat finish. But we agreed that next time we'd pre-heat the metal shield (in the oven) and then apply the Rayrim.
The Rayrim edging is very firm and I wondered if it would be less comfortable than the original silicone rubber.
As an aside, when we heated the original edging it went hard and brittle. When heated, the Rayrim goes soft and pliable so it can be moulded around curves.
But would the Rayrim pass the locked57 urine test? To recap my urine manages to dissolve most glue I tried to keep the edging on the NS.
So far the Rayrim has passed the test and shows no signs of coming loose.
I've worn it for 24 hours and had no problems. I went for a three-mile walk and it felt more comfortable than the previous rubber edging too (though I did apply some talcum powder to my inner thighs after showering as it seems dampness is the easiest way to get chafing).
This week will be the real test. I'm off to Las Vegas and a friend is keeping me locked in the NS for five days.

It's been over a month since my last posting.
Problems with the rubber edging on the Neosteel continued. I tried some aquarium silicone sealant but that didn't last.
I now have some Rayrim (from RS Supplies) to try but my love affair with the NS has passed. Even if the rubber edging does stick there's still the chafing on the inner thighs requiring a regular application of Monostat gel and keeping my jeans slung low.
So bye bye NeoSteel and hello ChastitySteel and the cs-100.
This is a much simpler belt. There's a rubber-coated waitband, a locking block with a metal loop that goes under the scrotum, and a penis tube. A key is used to slide a locking bolt into the locking block, securing the three components togethe.
So what's it like?
It's much lighter than most steel belts as the waist band is of thinner steel. It feels very comfortable. And because the waist band slopes down towards the groin there's no restriction of movement.
I ordered extra holes (5 in total) in the closed end of the penis tube so it drains properly and is easier to flush up into. But you can spray into the top of the tube if the waist band isn't too tight.
So, any problems?
Just one - the metal loop is a very tight fit under my scrotum and means that the skin gets irritated from the pressure, so I've ordered a slightly longer loop.
Now to sort out my keyholder.

It's 19 days since I was locked in the Neosteel and lost control of the keys. It hasn't got any easier but it hasn't got much harder either. There's been fewer early morning stiffies. But there have still been occasions where either I just wanted a wank to punctuate the day or was aroused and wanted to cum. Neither could happen.
A flexible plastic bottle with a nozzle has enabled me to flush down the penis tube each morning with warm water and a drop of anti-bacterial soap to stop it getting smelly inside and my dickirritated (my urine seems to be quite strong).

It there are any problems they have to be sorted without removing the belt. And I'm no longer using my own willpower to stay locked which is a major improvement. Having sorted out all the practical problems with wearing the NeoSteel cb it was now time to explore wearing it for an extended period. To assist this I have a second keyholder who lives nearby (KH2 - "boss" ) and who I have resumed playing with after a long gap. KH2 is also locked which adds to the fun.
The emergency keys are now locked in a combination keysafe to which I do not have the code. So I'm locked and can't do anything about it.
As on previous attempts, the hardest time is the first 24 hours in more ways than one. The first night's sleep was interrupted by numerous aching erections within the tube. The fact that I was truly locked and couldn't do anything about it just added to the intensity of the experience and the arousal. A very frustrating and exciting vicious cycle.
Now on day three it's much easier. Last night there were no such interruptions. The cb has become just something I'm wearing. It frustrates me when I feel like wanking, but that desire is more out of habit (or boredom) than arousal.
I'm seeing KH2 in five days time to play, but as the boss says "I see no reason to unlock you". The only reason at this stage (emergencies aside) would be if I have to go to a business meeting in a building with metal screening devices where asking for a manual search might embarrass my colleagues. Things I have learned

The NeoSteel has been mainly on but sometimes off over the past month or so. The reasons why I'll explain in a later posting.
But on the way I've learned a number of things I thought I'd share. Many of these only apply to a NeoSteel type full belt.
- Make sure you get the sizing right. If the waist belt is too big the belt will ride up and down and you'll feel like you're sitting in a bucket when you sit down. It should be snug and grip you well and not move up and down.
- Make sure the belt is pulled well up when you're wearing it. The part between your legs should be a snug fit and not hang down between your legs.
- When you're wearing jeans make sure you pull the cb well up and jeans as far down as possible so there's good clearance between the jean's centre seam and the part of the cb that goes between your legs. If you don't the seam will ride up to one side and force the bottom of the cb over to one side causing chafing on your inner thighs.
- If you have problems with chafing there are some things you can do:
- Make sure you dry properly all around and inside the cb and specially in the fold between your balls and your thighs
- Invest in something like a tube of Monistat Soothing Care Chafing Relief Powerder Gel (I got some on eBay)
- Don't feel embarrassed about sitting down to take a piss. Be sure to use some toilet paper to dry anywhere you can reah or the last drops will surprise you and fall out just as your getting dressed again.
- You can ride a motorbike wearing a cb, but remember you're sitting down moving around much less than if you spent the same amount of time sitting on a chair so be prepared for good impressions on your buttocks of the rear chains if you have them
- Don't be afraid to adjust the shape of the belt - a friend bending the metal while you're wearing it works best.The front shield may need to be bent out then in again to stop the top of the penis tube pressing too hard into your pubic area.
- To clean inside the penis tube while you're wearing the belt use a small bottle with a long nozzle to first squirt down a small amount of anti-bacterial soap dissolved in warm water. Follow this with squirting plain water. Then finish off with the shower head. If you don't the inside of the tube will get very smelly and your penis will start to tingle from the irritation. I found soaking in the bath was nowhere near as effective.

Third time lucky?

After sending the Neosteel Ergo back to Neosteel to have the rubber refixed (I've asked for a silicone liner rather than neoprene) I visited my keyholder to see what else would work.
The result can be seen in the photos below. It's a Neosteel again, though sadly with the straight rather than the ergonomic waist band. But the measurements were right and best of all it had rear chains which removed any toilet problems.
We only had to make one adjustment. The top of the penis tube dug hard into my public area so some brute force was used to reshape the front plate.
In theory there's now no reason to take it off.
More news soon.

Well the simple answer is "no" the glue didn't hold and within a few hours of wearing the rubber edging started to come off again. So I'm going to send the belt back to neoSteel for new rubber to be fitted and in the mean time visit my keyhold next week to try some other devices.

Repaired and re-locked

Slight change of plan. Evo-Stick is really noxious and icky so I decided to use something called "Serious Glue" which is a superglue that should glue metal and rubber. It stays repositionable for about 20 minutes so there's time to get the rubber clamped down and to clean off most of the excess. Then leave for 24 hours to set hard.
It seems to have worked and so to a 24 hour test being locked. Will the glue hold? Stay tuned...

Repair and reshape

I visited my keyholder a few days ago to try to resolve the problems with the Neosteel Ergo or find a different belt. I'd only been wearing it overnight or for short periods which defeated the object of being locked into it.
We both agreed that overall the NS Ergo was a very good fit as well as looking really good and feeling great to wear.
So we resolved to try to solve the problems first before looking for a different belt.
Chafing
When walking any distance the rubber edging on the belt was rubbing hard against my inner thighs causing a lot of discomfort and pain.
The solution to this was to reshape the belt. Though the NS belts are quite solid they're nonetheless made of sheet steel and so bendable. The idea was to shift the position of the belt so that the wide part of the belt between my legs moved further back. To do this we locked on the belt and then I lay on the floor face up while my keyholder pressed down firmly on the front with his foot a few times. This resulted in the belt being slightly shallower front to back and slightly wider side to side, though not enough to slip off.
This resulted in the front of the belt sitting slightly lower down and we then reshaped the upper vertical part at the back to better fit the contour of the small of my back. A much narrower part of the belt now fit between my legs. However it did now result in some rubbing at the back under my buttocks when I wallked so we reshaped the oval arse access plate so that it was slightly concave, meaning that the rubber edging didn't press into me so much. Both of these still need a bit of refinement but are a major improvement.
Rubber edging
The rubber edging has come away both sides again. I'm sure that the rubbing against my thighs has contributed to this.
Originally I tried Evostick Impact adhesive (the stuff they don't sell to kids) to restick the rubber but this didn't last long. It's not clear how you get it inside the rubber edging to set first and then be able to slide it over the metal sheet. But I had a go.
I then tried superglue which sort of worked but not for long.
After we'd reshaped the belt on my last visit we fixed the loose rubber in place with numerous strips of gaffer tape. At least it meant I could keep it on for a few days.
I've now pulled all the loose rubber strip off both sides and given it a good clean with meths. I'm also going to remove any remaining superglue with nail varnish remover.
The plan is to put a coating of Evostick on the metal and inside the rubber edging and leave it for 20 minutes. Then widen the strip and position it over the metal and clamp it down (that big box of tiny clothes pins sure comes in handy) and leave it for 24 hours.

belt problems

Well great though it is to wear the cb, there are continuing problems and it looks like I'll need to find another one to wear.
The rubber edging on the metal has come off again. And the belt rubs hard against my big thighs when walking a lot making them very sore.
This is a real shame as it's a great feeling wearing the cb and it's totally effective at preventing me from playing with myself.

Belt upgraded

Went down to my keyholder a few days ago for a refit. We tried various belts and found a Neosteel Ergo Total that fit me much better. The waist is an inch smaller which means it doesn't ride up and down when I sit down. Also the anal opening is in a much better place so most of the toilet problems are solved.
Also the tube inside the cb is much longer and a bit wider than the previous cb. This means that when I get a stiffie in the night my dick doesn't jam against the piss grid at the bottom of the belt or get jammed in so much. So the sensation is intense and frustrating but not painful. But waking up in the morning with a locked stiffie is the hardest time of the day.
We also played with the rear locking plate and a plug which was extremely intense I'm pleased to say. If you look closely you can see the white multi-sphere plug through the slot.
So far I've not cum for five days which is a record for me. I know this is nothing for most who wear cbs. But I'm new to this so every day counts.
The only problem I've had so far is that the rubber edging has come off a couple of times overnight on the left-hand side between my legs and I've had to remove the belt to refix it.

First experiences of metal chastity

I've just spent two days staying with a chastity belt expert being measured and fitted with a metal chastity belt.
After a couple of trials to find the right size I was locked into a Neosteel Total.
At first it felt very strange having a rigid metal device around my waist and under my crotch. But after a while it felt really good. My cock was snug inside the metal tube and my balls were somewhere in there (they're just visible behind my pubic hair in the photo).
I needed to get used to some things.
Firstly there was sitting down. When I sat down on a hard chair it felt like I was sitting in a bucket. The whole device just lifted up around me.
Some adjustment of the position of the cock tube helped this, as did adjusting the relative heights of the front and rear of the belt as I wore it.
I also went for a walk around the town to see how that was. Again a strange experience, but not unpleasant and after a short while it felt really cool.
I did get some chafing on the inside of my thighs from the plastic edge of the front plate where it dives under your crotch and planned to try some creams to see if these helped.
I did unfortunately discover one fatal flaw with the NS for me - toilet activities. It just didn't work for me and whenever I had a shit cleaning up afterwards was a nightmare. Fortunately this became apparent while I was still able to be released immediately afterwards.
Having started to wear the belt continuously this came as a major disappointment and I felt really pissed off.
So the next step is to try a belt with buttock chains.
It's a shame as the Neosteel Total fits me really well and looks really excellent with the double padlocks on the front. Also the optional lockable rear shield over the anus for locking in some fiendish insertables would allow for some unpleasant stimulation.

It all started when I bought a CB Curve to lock onto my "boy" when I played with him. Maybe to leave on just while we played or overnight.
